We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
– The item is unused
– It is in original condition
– It is returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal value.
If you wish to exchange your item:

– Send the item back to us
– Once received, we will send your replacement

### Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Provide photos of the issue
In these cases, we will offer:
– Replacement OR
– Refund (as required by UK consumer law)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
– Custom or personalised items
– Digital products (including crochet patterns or downloadable files)

All digital/downloadable products are non-refundable once purchased.
Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after download.
